The shopping fest is organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE). This is an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism).
The Dubai Shopping Festival will be open for public from 10am in the morning until 12am in the night during the complete period.
Most of the retailers across Dubai will be a part of the Dubai Shopping Festival 2019. Few of the major brands are:
Fashion and beauty –Topshop, Zara, H&M, Mango, AllSaints, Hollister, & Abercrombie & Fitch

There’s a “Shop the Night Away” which would start from 9th January where in every Wednesday at 6 pm, shoppers can enjoy special discounts at different malls and restaurants. If you are lucky, you may get a chance to be a participant at styling workshops, fashion sessions, and win special gifts like VIP leather bags, and much more.
Fireworks would take place every Thursday and Friday night at Al Seef, La Mer and The Beach.
Market Outside the Box (MOTB) pop up market will be organized at the Burj Park from January 24 to February 2. You can shop for products from local designers and brands at amazingly cheap rates. With entertainment option for kids and many street-style food vendors serving world cuisine, this is a must visit festival.
